Something not quite right? No problem! Simply return for a refund within 14 days. *EXCLUSIONS; Sale price items and personalised items are non returnable.

To qualify for a return the item (s) must be received back to us by the 14th day, is unused, unworn, in its original packaging with ALL tags still intact. Your return must include a short note with reason for return along with your name and address. If when received back your item shows signs of wear or the tags have been removed for any reason we will not process your refund and the item will be posted back to you at your cost. 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds (excluding any initial postage costs) will be processed within 3 working days. 

From time to time we offer complimentary standard delivery on qualifying orders. If a customer wishes to return an order on a qualifying order then £3.50 will be taken from their refund to partly cover our outgoing P&P costs.
